As you know, I am and will always be a Kentucky girl. It's where I grew up, where I went to college, and where my roots continue to grow.  That's why I'm excited to attend this year's Appalachian Literary Arts Festival in Morehead, KY (August 28-30)! There's something really special about celebrating books with fellow Kentucky authors.
